Delivery & Warranty

In many cases, we offer same-day delivery based on order time and location. Deliveries are door-to-door unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that moving fridges up or down stairs incurs an extra charge.

All our equipment includes a 30-day warranty. You can opt for an extended warranty at extra cost, covering parts only. However, the warranty can become void if our equipment shows signs of damage or negligence and lacks service records at the time of inspection by a reputable refrigeration company. No warranty is provided for collection orders or if damage is caused while positioning the unit.


Our warranty depends on several factors, including:


- The placement of the Fridge/Freezer

- Ambient temperature conditions

- Signs of misuse or abuse

- Service history


In some instances, we might request customers to opt for our remote monitoring system. This system allows us to track your equipment's cooling and defrost patterns, as well as monitor how frequently the door is left open. To set this up, a WiFi connection will be required.
